Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they cover your relationship with New Forest Stores Limited and all orders you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full.
We may update or revise these terms and conditions from time to time. You should periodically check this page for changes.
1. Understanding these terms and conditions
1.1. When we refer to “New Forest Stores”, “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean New Forest Stores Ltd
1.2. When we refer to “you” or “your” we mean you, the individual accessing our website or placing an order with us
1.3. “Website” means this website www.newforeststores.com
1.4. “Products” means the good available to purchase on our website
1.5. “Order” means the products you have purchased on our website and scheduled for delivery
1.6. “Delivery” means the physical delivery of the order you have placed on our website
1.7. “Order deadline” means the point in time after which your order is prepared and packaged and cannot be modified or cancelled

2.1. New Forest Stores are a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11081392. We operate this website.

3. Becoming a customer:
3.1. You must be over 18 years of age to place an order with us and have a delivery address in the UK (excluding postcodes and areas as stated in our delivery section).
3.2. Our terms and conditions apply when you place an order with us
4.1. We regularly review the prices of our products and may change them without notice
4.2. We take care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, prices and ingredient information are accurate. However, we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.
4.3. All of our products are subject to availability
4.4. Our products are priced by unit. We show the weight price for guidance only. Due to the nature of our products the minimum and maximum weight cannot always be guaranteed but we will always endeavour to meet weight expectations.
4.5. All product prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT
5.1. If you wish to set up an online account with us to make each order easier, you will be asked to use an email address and create a unique password
5.2. You must ensure the details you provide are complete and accurate, including your delivery address and instructions
5.3. You must inform us of any changes to your details by updating them via your account on our website. You must make these changes before placing a new order.
5.4. You are responsible for all activity on your account and any orders that are placed, modified or cancelled under your password. You must ensure the email address and password you use to log into your New Forest Stores account are known only to you, and that access to your computer is restricted to prevent any unauthorised use to your account.
5.5. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account with us at our discretion
6. Purchasing products
6.1. You may purchase products from us by using the ordering facility on our website at any time
6.2. To purchase products you must be over 18 years of age
6.3. To purchase products you must add each product or box to your basket
6.4. You may add, change or remove any product or quantities from your shopping basket before confirming your order
6.5. Orders placed with New Forest Stores are subject to acceptance based upon minimum spend of £40. If an order is placed below this amount we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund payment.
6.6. We reserve the right to introduce new minimum spend conditions at any time
6.7. XX If you would like to select a specific delivery date before confirming your order. All orders have a delivery charge separate to that of the cost of the products you are buying. The cost of delivery is referred to as “Delivery charge” and we will clearly tell you the cost of delivery before as ask you to make payment
6.8. No order is accepted until our website displays an order confirmation message. You will receive an order confirmation email from us upon acceptance which will list all of the products you have ordered, prices and delivery details. A contract for our sale of products to you arises on our acceptance of your order. If there are any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible.
7.1. You must ensure you provide New Forest Stores with details of a valid credit or debit card. Please do not send payment details via email.
7.2. Your payment information is encrypted, stored and processed by a fully compliant third-party supplier called Stripe, a partner of Square Space. See how they handle your data here: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy
7.3. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are refused authority from your card issuer for payment or if a payment has been rejected by your bank
7.4. We will debit the total cost of your order, including delivery at the time of order regardless of delivery date
8.1. As we are a small business selling perishable goods, we regret that we cannot cancel your order and we cannot refund payment once we have prepared your order for despatch
8.2. We despatch items the day before delivery but may prepare them before hand so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your order
8.3. When products are temporarily out of stock and unavailable for your selected delivery date, we will either substitute the item and tell you on your order note, or contact you to arrange one of the following: a refund, a suitable replacement, or to have the goods delivered to you at a later date
8.4. We accept orders at our discretion and we have the right to refuse orders without explanation
9.1. Delivery charges are currently £5.95 per order
9.2. We delivery Tuesday-Friday each week.
9.3. Orders placed on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be prepared and sent on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. Orders placed on Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday, and Wednesday delivered Friday.
9.4. If we do not have your products in stock we will contact you to arrange another suitable delivery day and date.
9.5. We cannot currently deliver outside of the UK or to any parts of Ireland, The Scottish Highlands and Islands and the following postcodes: AB31-AB54, PH15-PH18. This is due to our goods being perishable and we cannot guarantee delivery within 24 hours to these areas.
9.6. We may have to apply an increased rate for peak seasonal delivery dates. In such cases we’ll always make it clear of increased charges. If an increased rate applies, this will be stated in the ‘Checkout’ section of the website when you place your order.
9.7. Our delivery partners are DPD Local. Please see their data processing agreement for data privacy information.
9.8. Your order will be delivered to you on the earliest day/ date from when you placed your order unless you inform us of another preferred date after checkout either via our online form or by email or telephone.
9.9. If DPD are unable to meet the delivery date or time because of an event outside of their control we will arrange a full refund or replacement.
9.10. Given the perishable nature of our goods all orders are shipped on a next day delivery from our butchery in temperature controlled packaging and has to be delivered by DPD within 24 hours of leaving our shop
9.11. You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery. If you are not at home to receive your delivery we will always endeavour to leave your box in your designated safe place which is arranged directly by you through DPD. However, if the safe place is not accessible or deemed appropriate, or if you have not stated instructions on account, we will endeavour to leave the box in the next most appropriate safe place. If we are unable to deliver or leave in a safe place, DPD will have to destroy your goods and no refund or replacement will be offered
9.12. Once someone has received the delivery, or once the courier has left delivery in your stated place, we do not accept liability for loss or further delay of the delivery. If, for whatever reason you do not receive your delivery, please tell us within 24 hours
9.13. You are responsible for the delivery details given to us when you place your order. Should you give us an incorrect address, postcode, or no instructions, you should notify us immediately. We will endeavour to deliver your order to the revised address. If it’s not possible to make the delivery to the revised address, we cannot be held responsible for this loss.
9.14. If your delivery is refused or not accepted at the delivery address, we cannot take responsibility for this and cannot offer a replacement
9.15. All goods and products are securely packaged in fully recyclable cardboard boxes, wool bags and ice packs and will stay cool for 24 -48 hours
10. Complaints, returns and refunds
10.1. We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you order from us. If you have any problems, or if for any reason you are not happy with your goods, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation quickly
10.2. Refunds or produce replacements re made entirely at our discretion
10.3. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact our team on email: email@example.com or by using the form on our Contact Us page. We will do our very best to respond to your complaint as quickly as possible.

11.1. The content of the pages on this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
11.2. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied and the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website of the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
11.3. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure any content of information available on this website meets your specific requirements.
11.4. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits rising out of, or in connection with the use of this website.
11.5. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
11.6. This website contains material with is owned or licensed by us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the images, design, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited.

14. Liability, warranties & applicable law
14.1. We accept no liability in relation to representation, including unforeseeable losses, and losses to a business (loss of reputation, profits, trade or trade opportunities).
14.2. Our entire liability under these terms and conditions will not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.
14.3. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control.
14.4. You are not entitled to assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions.
14.5. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with British law.
14.6. If any of the provisions in these terms and conditions are found to be invalid by a court having jurisdiction, then the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of any other provisions within these terms and conditions.
Promo codes and/or competitions? We’ll be giving our promo codes to start with and may do competitions at some point.
