A: We deliver Tuesday – Friday
Q: Can I pick my delivery day/ date?
A: Yes. After checkout we will give you the next available delivery day but if this is not suitable there is an option to pick another day that’s best for you.
Q: What happens if I’m not at home to take delivery?
A: Our delivery partners DPD will contact you directly as soon as they take possession of your order. There is an option to ‘Leave in a safe place’ and you can supply notes for a cool, dry place for the driver to leave your box. If you do not leave instructions and are not at home to take delivery, the DPD driver will try to find a safe place or a neighbour to leave your order. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, DPD have to deliver your parcel on the day specified so if none of the options listed above are an option, the driver will take the parcel back to the depot and it may be disposed of.
Q: How do I change my delivery date?
A: We can amend delivery date if your order hasn’t yet been prepared. If you need to change your delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible on: 01425 402205 or email@example.com.
Q: How is the food packaged?
A: We have taken great care with the packaging of our food. It is super insulated along with being recyclable, reusable and compostable. We use wool insulated bags for our meat which is naturally biodegradable and if added to soil, gives wonderful nutrients to your flowers along with shredded paper inside a crisp white cardboard box to keep the products protected.
