Try this yummy alternative to chutney – Onion Marmalade. Ideal to eat with cheese and biscuits but also with grilled fish, baked goats cheese salad, add to toad-in-the-hole batter or to stir into homemade gravy.

Based across the water on The Isle of Wight, The Garlic Farm has existed ever since Mrs Boswell harvested her first kitchen garden crop, 50 years ago.
